Sell ​​Sika Top 107 Plus is a 2-component leak-proof coating (plus) that functions as an internal and external leak-proof coating, covering cracks in concrete, mortar and brick. Can be used in swimming pools, water tanks, roofs, concrete, balconies, patios, bathrooms and fish ponds.
Advantages: Non-toxic for drinking water tanks and fish ponds, very good adhesion, better elasticity, can be applied with brushes / towels. Practically, just manually mix in the pail.
Note: Must use comp. A (liquid) and B (powder) Sika top 107 seal plus in 1 set and may not be replaced with one of the other brands / added with other ingredients (water, cement, sand).
